Bedroom Decor
Upon entering the room you will immediately recognize the marble entrance, 10 foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling picture window that floods the room with natural light. Lush fabrics, wall coverings and curtains are enriched by a bright palate of gold, cream, yellow, sage and sienna.  Our finest adornment is the Luxury Pillow-Top Palatial Bed with luxurious Egyptian Cotton linens and your choice of foam or feather pillows.  The room decor is complete with a large armoire and executive desk, custom designed by Montague of London. 

Room Amenities
All guest rooms are equipped with Bose Wave® Radio II with MP3 player connectivity, Wireless Internet, High-Speed and Dial-Up options that can easily be accessed at a nominal fee.  In-room movies and games are available for purchase on the television, which also has local channels and a 24-hour news and weather channel provided by Time Warner Cable.  As an added convenience, each room has two telephones, both of which can be programmed for direct dial and personalized messaging.  Dual closets are located within the rooms entrance and contain a safe that can hold a laptop, two signature Ballantyne robes, iron with ironing board, laundry bags for valet laundry service and satin and wooden hangers.  Refreshment centers with beverages and snacks are also located within the room's entrance.  All guest rooms are secured by Saflok system and have a secondary swing latch.

Bathroom Decor and Amenities
Most deluxe and grand deluxe rooms have classic double-doors that open to a spacious marble bathroom featuring a large oval soaking bath, separate seamless glass shower, marble vanity with heated fog-free mirror, make-up/shaving mirror, hair dryer and refreshing bath products by Gilchrist & Soames. A few king rooms have a standard bath and shower combination, additionally, accessible rooms which have either a roll-in shower or standard bath and shower combination.

Parlor Suites
In addition to the decor and amenities mentioned above, Ballantyne Resort has Parlor Suites, each with over 700 sq ft of luxury including: a master bedroom with a connecting Parlor/living area that can be left open or closed and locked, private balcony, full-size sleeper sofa which is located in the Parlor room and a second armoire with television, a second telephone, executive desk, Bose Wave® Radio with CD player and MP3 player connectivity, full bath and additional dual closet space.

Presidential Suites
The Presidential Suites are each over 1200 sq ft and have grand double doors leading to luxurious marble foyers.  Guests enjoy sweeping views of the resort from a private terrace.  Additional accents include flat screen plasma and an LCD television, Bose Wave® Radio with CD player and MP3 player connectivity, an inviting living room with faux fireplace, custom furnishings, original artwork, hardwood accents, damask curtains, antique dining table that seats 12 for entertaining, kitchen with full-size refrigerator & dishwasher & 1.5 baths. The master bath is completed with a walk-in closet, dual vanity, garden soaking tub, separate walk-in shower and upgraded bath amenities.

Room Types
Deluxe King and Deluxe Two Doubles have a view of the Ballantyne Community.
Deluxe rooms are often referred to as Sunset View rooms and overlook Ballantyne Village and Ballantyne Corporate Park. Rooms with balconies are also available at an additional cost and have views of the golf course or Ballantyne Community view.

Grand Deluxe King and Grand Deluxe Two Doubles have a beautiful view of the 18th Fairway and Resort. Grand Deluxe rooms are often referred to as Golf View and are considered an upgraded room.

Parlor Suites are located on almost every floor.
Sunset View or Golf View Parlor Suites can be requested but not guaranteed.

Presidential Suites are located on the 6th and 7th floors and are both golf view.
Both Presidential's have the same upgraded amenities, however the colors and furnishings vary.

Accessible Rooms are available and equipped with visual and audible accessories.  Accessible rooms have lowered room locks and viewing portals. Some baths have roll-in showers and some consist of a standard bath/shower combination with hand-rails. Please specify your request at the time of your reservation.  All accessible rooms have a king bed and do not connect with another guest room.  A rollaway can fit comfortably in the accessible room if requested, and a nominal fee will be charged. Public facilities can all be accessed by a wheelchair, and all public signage is dually marked with braille lettering. 

All guest rooms at Ballantyne Resort have a no smoking policy.
Connecting and adjoining rooms can be requested but cannot be guaranteed.
