The Lodge meeting portfolio includes corporate retreats, workshops and training, educational seminars, wedding, social gatherings and many more. The Lodge delivers an exclusive feel and privacy for groups seeking a respite.

Lodge Policy
Currently room service is not available in The Lodge and guests are not permitted to bring outside food and beverage into The Lodge. Please arrange all food and beverage needs in advance with The Catering & Conference Services Team 704-248-4035.
Lodge guests are welcome to make reservations at Gallery Restaurant 704-248-4100 located in the Ballantyne Resort Clubhouse , The Spa at Ballantyne 704-248-4141 and The Golf Club 704-248-4383. We strongly recommend advance Spa reservations as the Spa sells out quickly.
Lodge guests are welcome to utilize the Resort Health Facility and Pool at no additional fee. Complimentary self-parking is available at the Lodge entrance. Pets are not permitted at The Lodge. Check in is 4:00 p.m. and check out is noon. If your event requires earlier check in or later departure to be guaranteed, this must be contracted in advance and additional fees will apply.
