Boot Camp classes - 1 hour intense fat burner will be offered 4 times per week. Boot camp Coaches gets you swimsuit ready!
Belly Dance Classes - 1 hour of technique & choreography with emphasis on hips and mid-section, lead by professional. Great drum style music and lots of fun. All levels!
HIp-Hop/ Funk Classes - 1 hour of the latest dance moves taught to upbeat music. Instructor encourages you to add your own style! Great way to burn fat while having fun. All levels!

Additional Details
Bellydance is a wonderful form of exercise. It promotes muscle control and a better understanding of isolation and separation. But most of all, it's lots of fun. There is really no dress code....sweat pants, tee shirt , yoga pants , tank top....whatever you are comfortable in. If you have a hip scarf or coin belt, please feel free to bring that as well. No prior dance training is required, just curiosity and a smile!
BELLY DANCE CLASS- Friday, May 30: 7pm
Focus on mid-sections & hips, learn technique and choreography to drum style music. All levels! Guest Instructor (Nayna). 1 hour Cost: $10 per class Limited Space: Call 704-248-4193
Nayna began belly dance in 2002 and her love for this dance grew quickly. With her fluid like movements and natural skill, Nayna enjoys the improvisation that is allowed in belly dance Nayna's performances reflect her joy in the dance, and both students and audiences find themselves drawn in by her infectious smile and quick wit. She loves to teach and has a great rapport with her students, allowing them to feel relaxed and liberated. An alumni member of The Magic Hips Dancers, Lead Instructor, and Director's Assistant to Yasmine, Nayna brings an in-depth knowledge of studio operations and dance instruction to the newly opened Lotus Dance Studio and professional troupe, "Spirit of the Lotus". What is Boot Camp?

Boot Camp style programs incorporate basic exercises along with team & individual challenges that help people reach their personal fitness goals.
Target Group:
People of various ages and fitness levels can join. You don’t have to be in shape to start!
Benefits: Through boot camp you find a groove for fitness that helps you stick with a routine, challenges a person’s energy level and outlook on life, especially in a group environment. Burns fat and conditions heart, firms muscles, and leans body quickly Also helps improve golf game especially for power in teeing off!
What to expect?
1 hour of fat burning drill intervals such as jumping jacks, sprints, push-ups , crunches and others performed both outdoors and indoors, designed rapid weight loss & to get in shape quickly! Lead by professionals to get you swimsuit ready!
